Odilia Iaccarino's newest paintings inspired by the aromatic bouquets of spring.
The artwork series initially included  seven pieces of medium size ranging from 20 inches to 36 inches but for a special promotion she decided to paint a larger one, now the series consists of eight paintings.
Number eight is Blooms, a painting with the most volume of soft colors and bright drama.
The stroke is at a limited matter with much character. In this painting colors play with a polyphonic style and contrasting hues. The selection of colors in blooms palette consists of : Indigo, ocean-blue, turquoise, aqua, mint, moss, tan, lavendar, pink, salmon, blush, black and white.
Hand painted on gallery wrapped canvas with wood frame.
